Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of software product management experience managing platform or integration products.
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
- Experience with SaaS or cloud software products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- BA/BS degree.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Clinical trials experience (preferred).
- Experience or certification in Pragmatic Marketing (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases to justify investment for building, partnering, or buying.
- Act as a thought leader and voice of the customer both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap and deliver a unified product plan.
- Define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing with Marketing and Sales.
- Coordinate complex product priorities and dependencies across teams.
- Translate product strategy into requirements and work with architects and developers on implementation.
- Analyze and manage product KPIs to inform market success.
