Job Details

3+ years of experience running affiliate marketing as the program owner.
Demonstrated track record in web2, SaaS, fintech, online gambling, sports betting, forex, CFD brokerage, or crypto exchanges.
Strong numeracy skills with expertise in LTV, CAC, payback period, blended ROI, and attribution windows.
Proficiency in reading SQL-style reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
Experience negotiating rev-share and CPA deals with knowledge of current market rates.
Hands-on experience with at least one affiliate tracking platform (e.g., Tune, Affise, Everflow, Cellxpert).
Fluent written English for drafting partner communications, contracts, and dispute resolutions.
Existing relationships within the trading, prop-firm, or brokerage affiliate industry is a bonus.
Experience with crypto payouts and operational hygiene.
Ability to work alongside engineering teams to spec attribution, postback, or S2S tracking changes.
Familiarity with X, Discord, and Telegram for partner engagement.

Build the affiliate program from scratch into a primary revenue line by recruiting and growing a roster of creators and trading/finance content sites.
Negotiate commercial terms including rev-share, CPA, hybrid models, cookie windows, and payout schedules.
Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to manage landing pages, creatives, tracking links, and promo codes.
Implement fraud detection measures to identify and remove partners engaging in cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or multi-accounting.
Ensure affiliate marketing activities remain compliant with regulatory requirements in various markets.
Analyze data to drive down customer acquisition costs (CAC) while scaling attributable revenue.
