Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success, TAM, or Sales Engineering.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience with Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to align customer business challenges to the Zscaler portfolio.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer data to gain insights and develop tailored adoption strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with a high degree of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders and operational service owners.
  • Define and prioritize strategic alignment between customer objectives and Zscaler goals.
  • Offer technical guidance, product insights, and best practices for Zscaler solution integration.
  • Manage complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
  • Identify adoption insights and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Create intellectual capital including best practice guides and playbooks.
