Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments.
- Demonstrated experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence.
- Strong discovery background including customer interviews and funnel analysis.
- Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in identifying root causes behind adoption and churn challenges.
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, and PMM organizations.
- Experience working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Fluent English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize a 6–12 month retention and expansion roadmap.
- Run structured discovery using customer interviews and behavioral analysis to diagnose adoption blockers.
- Develop and prioritize initiatives that drive activation, onboarding, and monetization.
- Lead cross-functional programs in partnership with PMM, CSM, and GTM teams.
- Maintain a metric tree for retention and monetization outcomes to guide product decisions.
- Identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for segmentation and personalization.
