Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams on time-bounded schedules.
- Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias).
- Experience working with model APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral).
- Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code or automation tools.
- Ability to design solutions and translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for product releases.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Articulate business value to product teams and stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items effectively.
- Coordinate release processes and go-to-market activities.
- Benchmark market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Analyze metrics to measure feature performance and customer satisfaction.
