Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles, services selling, enterprise software sales, or sales engineering.
- Strong knowledge of the role and value of a professional services organization within an enterprise software company.
- Proven experience building and selling repeatable service offerings and measuring project outcomes.
- Deep understanding of AI, Agentic, and automation technologies and their business value.
- Ability to effectively partner with sales teams and network within a Go-To-Market organization.
- Excellent understanding of UiPath product capabilities, offerings, and the competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product GTM, sales, and external teams to sell professional services during the sales lifecycle.
- Design services packages, including T&M and Fixed Fee contracts, to solicit new accounts and market segments.
- Define priorities, scope, and resource requirements to develop proposals for program and product implementations.
- Support the financial industry account and marketing teams to align services offerings with the broader GTM vision.
- Evangelize partner offerings and capabilities on the UiPath platform to internal and external stakeholders.
