Requirements

Hands-on Go High Level (GHL) workflow creation and automation experience.
Experience building workflows, triggers, automations, and campaigns inside Go High Level.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
Comfortable speaking with patients and insurance companies over the phone.
Exceptional attention to detail with minimal careless mistakes.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience working in a medical, chiropractic, or healthcare practice (preferred).
Experience using ChiroTouch EHR (preferred).
Previous Virtual Assistant experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers (preferred).
Reliable laptop or desktop computer with high-speed internet (min 25 Mbps), noise-canceling headset, and working webcam.

Responsibilities

Build, customize, and maintain workflows, triggers, campaigns, and pipelines within GoHighLevel.
Troubleshoot and improve existing GHL automations and processes.
Answer inbound patient calls and respond to patient emails professionally.
Coordinate communication with insurance companies and follow up on outstanding claims.
Maintain accurate patient documentation within ChiroTouch EHR.
Perform internet research and general administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
