Requirements
- Hold a valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or hold a temporary license as a Resident in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy (Registration of Supervision).
- Hold a Master's degree in mental health or a related field.
- Well-versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI are a plus).
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Skilled in conducting group treatment.
- Available for evening hours to accommodate client schedules.
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to complete necessary state background checks.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group, individual, and/or family sessions to provide life-saving behavioral health treatment.
- Participate in regular case discussions to leverage team expertise and develop new skills.
- Engage with clients using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Complete clinical documentation efficiently using AI-powered tools.
- Collaborate with the Admissions and Assessment team to manage client care.
