Requirements
- Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC-A, LAMFT).
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults is highly preferred.
- Well-versed and confident in integrating multiple clinical modalities.
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
- Ability to work evenings as required for full-time roles.
- Commitment to addressing the rural mental health crisis.
- Ability to pass state background checks for clearance to treat clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Participate in case discussions and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions for up to 8 clients.
- Maintain consistent and predictable weekly schedules.
- Utilize cloud-based tools, EMR, and outcomes software to document care.
