Requirements
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field.
- Valid professional license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or registration of supervision for temporary licenses.
- Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Proficiency in diverse treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI experience is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience or strong interest in facilitating group treatment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication and EMR software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox).
- Must have availability in the evenings to accommodate client schedules.
- Commitment to completing background checks as required by state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions along with individual and/or family sessions.
- Deliver virtual care through telehealth services to clients with complex needs.
- Participate in case discussions and collaborate with clinical team members.
- Utilize AI-powered virtual scribe tools to manage and streamline clinical documentation.
- Maintain a caseload as defined by either full-time or part-time scheduling requirements.
- Integrate clinical modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI into treatment plans.
