Requirements
- Active, independent mental health license (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) for Nebraska
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, or ACT)
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care
- Excellent communication skills
- Telehealth experience is preferred
- Ability to provide at least 15 hours of weekly availability
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Maintain a caseload of 15+ or 25+ clients depending on employment type
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in a neurodiversity-affirming approach
- Participate in regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences
- Engage with the clinical community through weekly drop-ins
