Facilitate or co-facilitate live required onboarding meetings via Zoom for incoming psychologists and therapists.
Serve as a key point of contact during the pre-start window, supporting providers from offer acceptance through to their first client sessions.
Respond to inbound provider emails and field questions regarding credentialing, scheduling, and access.
Host Zoom troubleshooting sessions to assist new providers with tools and technology.
Monitor provider pre-onboarding tasks and escalate at-risk providers to the Onboarding Manager.
Maintain onboarding documentation, track provider progress, and update internal status systems.
