Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC).
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms including Zoom, EHR, and Slack.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to client-centered, affirming care.
- Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized mental health therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
- Maintain a consistent caseload of at least 15 or 25 clients per week based on position type.
- Deliver neurodiversity-affirming clinical care.
- Participate in regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Utilize EHR, Slack, and Zoom for virtual care and team communication.
