Requirements
- Active independent or associate licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC-A, LAMFT)
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
- Available for evening shifts
- Passionate and skilled in delivering group services
- Ability to commit to 12-40 hours per week
- Must be able to pass state background checks
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Participate in case discussions and collaborate with care teams
- Facilitate group therapy sessions for up to 8 clients
- Manage client caseloads with a focus on sustainable healing
- Document sessions using cloud-based tools and EMR software
