Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Iowa.
- Primary residence in Iowa.
- Bilingual (as indicated by job title).
- Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.
- Experience or familiarity with CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, or other evidence-based practices.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Ability to comply with background checks and drug screenings.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to best meet the clinical needs of the patients.
- Implements treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings.
- Reviews and signs patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
- Maintains clinical records and documents all services and activities in compliance with best practices.
- Conducts crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans.
- Participates in regular case planning with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participates in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education.
- Provides case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration.
