Requirements
- Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
- Bilingual language proficiency.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with access to a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Trained or certified in evidence-based trauma modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic-Based Approaches, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Attachment-Based Therapy, CPT, Polyvagal Theory, or IFS).
- Patient-first mindset.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Proficiency with computer systems for documentation and virtual meetings.
- Reliable internet connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to meet clinical needs, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy.
- Implement treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings.
- Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinical records and documentation in compliance with best clinical practices and regulatory standards.
- Conduct crisis interventions for individuals and families based on safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with a multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional development training.
- Provide case management services to promote patient recovery and community reintegration.
