Requirements
- Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
- Trained or certified in trauma-informed modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, or IFS.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and therapy services via telemedicine to patients of Community Health Center partners.
- Implement evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and trauma therapy in individual and group sessions.
- Review and sign patient clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case planning and team meetings.
- Provide case management services to support recovery and community reintegration.
- Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional development.
