Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in state of primary residence.
- Active, or willing to obtain, mental health license in Arizona or Oregon.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote clinical environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Patient-first mindset with a compassionate approach to care.
- Ability to comply with background check and drug screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy in individual and group settings.
- Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient consents in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary case planning and team meetings.
- Engage in ongoing supervision, training, and education to maintain clinical competency.
- Provide case management services to support recovery and community reintegration.
