Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Must hold an active Arizona license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must hold an active license in state of primary residence.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods and operate computer equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
- Implement clinical modalities including CBT, DBT, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy.
- Complete psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct crisis interventions based on patient safety plans.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for case planning.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development activities.
- Provide case management services to support patient recovery and reintegration.
