Requirements

  • Expertise selling into large enterprise accounts specifically in the San Francisco market.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive new business acquisition through consultative sales motions.
  • Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners for pipeline generation.
  • Proficiency in using GitLab and Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel as needed following company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by leading GitLab's enterprise accounts across San Francisco.
  • Orchestrate winning sales strategies by coordinating with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and other technical specialists.
  • Craft innovative solutions that align GitLab's platform with customer business objectives and compliance needs.
  • Design and execute strategic account plans, including opportunity mapping and multi-threaded engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end customer journeys from discovery through negotiation and successful implementation.
  • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline reviews, and win/loss analyses to refine go-to-market strategies.
