Requirements
- Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers.
- Background in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
- Expertise selling into large enterprise accounts specifically in the San Francisco market.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to drive new business acquisition through consultative sales motions.
- Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners for pipeline generation.
- Proficiency in using GitLab and Salesforce.
- Ability to travel as needed following company policy.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth by leading GitLab's enterprise accounts across San Francisco.
- Orchestrate winning sales strategies by coordinating with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and other technical specialists.
- Craft innovative solutions that align GitLab's platform with customer business objectives and compliance needs.
- Design and execute strategic account plans, including opportunity mapping and multi-threaded engagement.
- Lead end-to-end customer journeys from discovery through negotiation and successful implementation.
- Contribute to forecasting, pipeline reviews, and win/loss analyses to refine go-to-market strategies.
