Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Fintech or Financial Services.
- Background in individual quota-carrying roles across Enterprise Data or Infrastructure Sales.
- Expertise in financial data landscape, data workflows, and integration requirements.
- Ability to architect Data Lakehouse solutions for technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading the technical win in multi-stakeholder institutional sales cycles.
- Experience in infrastructure displacement, specifically transitioning firms from legacy systems.
- Proficiency in leveraging sandbox and testing environments as commercial levers to de-risk migrations.
- Strong ability to synthesize market intelligence for product and engineering roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into ROI for C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for managing and forecasting sales activity.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical win and drive revenue targets for Addepar Data Exchange (ADX), Premier Data Validation, and Sandbox offerings.
- Architect and articulate data strategies that transition financial institutions from legacy silos to modern, scalable infrastructure.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials, deliver presentations, and assist with complex deal closures.
- Identify and qualify technical opportunities with both new and existing clients through deep analysis of customer needs.
- Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities using Salesforce.
- Create training materials and lead enablement sessions for internal GTM teams and external partners.
- Interact directly with customers to provide technical support and ensure realization of product value.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps based on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
