Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Implementation Consultant, or similar role in Professional Services or consulting.
- Proven experience working directly with external customers.
- Hands-on experience delivering or configuring core P&C insurance systems (policy administration, billing, claims, or underwriting).
- Demonstrated ability to design and document end-to-end solutions, including configuration, integrations (APIs, file-based, services), and data flows.
- Strong business analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, audience-appropriate design documentation (solution designs, interface specs, decision logs).
- Solid time management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to work both collaboratively within cross-functional teams and autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to connect design decisions to business and architectural goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and delivery for the Insurity Pro Suite platform.
- Partner with P&C insurance customers to translate business objectives into scalable configurations, integrations, and technical architectures.
- Participate in customer discussions to gather requirements and document design questions.
- Assist in developing Solution Landscapes, Context diagrams, Sequence diagrams, and High-Level Design documents.
- Provide guidance to developers and solution configurators to enable detailed design creation.
- Provide weekly project status reports to Solution Architecture leadership.
- Identify and document technical risks or issues and escalate to Project Managers.
- Facilitate design and review sessions both remotely and in-person.
