- Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
- Maintain accurate promotional planning and spending information across our planning tools. Ensure contracts/submissions are up to date and tracked effectively. Support with post Promotional Analysis to ensure the strongest ROI on trade strategy.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, strategies, and resource allocation.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on performance.
- Effectively communicate strategies and priorities to field teams and 3rd party merchandising partners to optimize sales at Walmart.
- Provide necessary customer support functions to ensure optimal sales and revenue to be realized.
- Oversee the input and management of promotional plans in customer portals.
- Ensure accurate item set up in retail customer systems including specs and content.
