Requirements
- 7-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing planning.
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or food processing environments.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills to navigate complex supply chain disruptions.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Proven experience in a highly collaborative and fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to develop timelines, organize assignments, set priorities, and carry out plans.
- Understanding of Google platforms and Salesforce.
- Experience in implementing AI and automation tools.
- Six Sigma Lean certification is preferred.
- Must be able to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Direct long-term and short-term manufacturing, production, and supply/inventory plans.
- Oversee raw material demand forecasting to support procurement and inventory optimization.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for raw materials and packaging, addressing production and logistics issues.
- Lead and foster a high-performance Planning and Logistics team of four.
- Optimize materials storage, movement, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Lead monthly performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
- Facilitate the planning and successful launch of new products.
- Coordinate material availability and production plans with Operations, Finance, and Quality teams.
