Sr. Implementation Manager

Lead end-to-end implementation for singular or multi-site deployments from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
Serve as an on-site leader during critical phases of implementation, acting as the face of AssistIQ.
Identify product gaps and communicate them to internal product teams and customers.
Build and maintain relationships across clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
Complete on-site training for end users and ensure successful user acceptance.
Ensure a smooth transition to customer success teams post-go-live.
Evolve and standardize training materials and implementation playbooks.

Engineering at AssistIQ

You will build solutions that provide real-time visibility through dashboards and scorecards. Our AI Insights offer predictive guidance for perioperative, procurement, and supply chain teams. We are constantly improving our product, translating customer needs into actionable features.
