Requirements
- Direct experience in Surgical ORs and/or procedural environments (e.g., Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows, sterile field considerations, and real-time documentation practices.
- 3+ years of experience leading software and/or hardware implementations, ideally within healthcare IT.
- Proven ability to manage project stakeholder relationships.
- Experience mentoring or leading team members in a formal or informal capacity.
- Demonstrated capability for problem-solving, prioritization and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- A current driver’s license.
- Ability to travel >50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation for singular or multi-site deployments from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
- Serve as an on-site leader during critical phases of implementation, acting as the face of AssistIQ.
- Identify product gaps and communicate them to internal product teams and customers.
- Build and maintain relationships across clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
- Complete on-site training for end users and ensure successful user acceptance.
- Ensure a smooth transition to customer success teams post-go-live.
- Evolve and standardize training materials and implementation playbooks.
- Gather and deliver strategic product feedback to the internal product team.
