Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or related B2B technology sectors.
  • Proven success leading enterprise Account Executives selling into Fortune 1000 and complex enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding regional revenue targets in a quota-carrying leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical and operational discipline, with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Experienced in cross-cultural leadership and managing distributed, high-performance teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50–75% expected) across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets across new logo and expansion business.
  • Drive consistent execution of enterprise sales methodology across a team of five Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting.
  • Personally engage in strategic accounts and high-value opportunities to accelerate deal progression.
  • Partner with the SVP of Sales to establish metrics, performance standards, and best practices.
  • Represent Ontic in the region through executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize regional demand generation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Enterprise Account Executives.
