Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or high-touch administrative support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience with ATS systems (Ashby or similar preferred).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with ADP for onboarding and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the candidate relationship post-offer through Day 1.
  • Deliver high-touch, proactive communication to candidates throughout onboarding.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to keep candidates moving forward.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to start dates, background checks, onboarding steps, and system process gaps.
  • Track and maintain accurate data in Ashby ATS, including offer acceptance to show rates, training dates, and onboarding completion.
  • Drive Day 1 readiness and confirmation to reduce fallout and no-shows.
  • Identify gaps in the process and recommend improvements to enhance candidate experience.
