Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or high-touch administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with ATS systems (Ashby or similar preferred).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with ADP for onboarding and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the candidate relationship post-offer through Day 1.
- Deliver high-touch, proactive communication to candidates throughout onboarding.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to keep candidates moving forward.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to start dates, background checks, onboarding steps, and system process gaps.
- Track and maintain accurate data in Ashby ATS, including offer acceptance to show rates, training dates, and onboarding completion.
- Drive Day 1 readiness and confirmation to reduce fallout and no-shows.
- Identify gaps in the process and recommend improvements to enhance candidate experience.
