- Own the candidate relationship post-offer through Day 1.
- Deliver high-touch, proactive communication to candidates throughout onboarding.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to keep candidates moving forward.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to start dates, background checks, onboarding steps, and system process gaps.
- Track and maintain accurate data in Ashby ATS, including offer acceptance to show rates, training dates, and onboarding completion.
- Drive Day 1 readiness and confirmation to reduce fallout and no-shows.
- Identify gaps in the process and recommend improvements to enhance candidate experience.
