Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD).
- 2+ years of experience in a medical communications agency or similar environment.
- Strong experience developing scientific content across multiple formats (e.g., slide decks, publications, summaries).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive literature searches and synthesize findings.
- Experience participating in or supporting MLR review processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience using reference management tools (e.g., EndNote).
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality scientific content including slide decks, executive summaries, and meeting materials.
- Ensure all deliverables are client-ready and scientifically rigorous.
- Collaborate with medical, editorial, and client stakeholders to shape clear and compelling narratives.
- Support the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review process by addressing feedback and incorporating revisions.
- Ensure compliance with all guidelines throughout the content development process.
