Requirements

- Minimum 3 years, typically 4 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis software such as SAS or Access.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Effective planning and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Perform moderate to high complexity analysis to evaluate the performance of assigned states or product lines.
- Identify trends and issues and make data-driven recommendations to state teams regarding pricing and strategy.
- Serve as a point person for moderate to high complexity countrywide implementations.
- Conduct in-depth research of competitor filings to propose changes to product offerings.
- Query data for ad hoc analysis and build simple tools for use by others.
- Educate IT and business partners on business vision and the impact of changes.
- Create and own training material content, and lead training sessions.
- Mentor less experienced analysts and potentially supervise interns.
