Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis software such as SAS or Access.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proven analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct moderate to high complexity analysis to evaluate performance and identify trends in assigned product lines.
- Complete state reviews and complex countrywide program analyses.
- Query data to perform ad-hoc metric analysis and develop tools for business teams.
- Provide recommendations on pricing and strategic business issues to state teams.
- Research competitor filings to propose changes to existing product offerings.
- Lead work streams on medium to long-term projects and supervise project aspects.
- Educate IT and business partners on strategic vision and the impact of product changes.
- Mentor less experienced analysts and potentially supervise interns.
