Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Understanding and knowledge of laboratory testing and ability to sell to prospective clients.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time for meetings, trade shows, and events.
- Competent computer skills, including MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective negotiation skills.
- Detail oriented with strong critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Sell laboratory services for dialysis/CKD, diagnostics, and transplant/post-transplant to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships at appropriate levels.
- Generate and deliver qualified opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain actionable account plans and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Perform desk research on legislation, market demand, and competitor trends to inform business plans.
- Maintain face-to-face customer contact and collaborate with leadership to win projects.
