Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Understanding and knowledge of laboratory testing and ability to sell to prospective clients.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time for meetings, trade shows, and events.
  • Competent computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated effective negotiation skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Sell laboratory services for dialysis/CKD, diagnostics, and transplant/post-transplant to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships at appropriate levels.
  • Generate and deliver qualified opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain actionable account plans and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Perform desk research on legislation, market demand, and competitor trends to inform business plans.
  • Maintain face-to-face customer contact and collaborate with leadership to win projects.
