Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, territory sales, or business development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, specifically with ductless heat pump systems and mini-split technology.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing accounts while simultaneously driving new business development.
  • Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Northeast preferred.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and manage a regional pipeline effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders from installers to shop owners.
  • Comfortable with 50–75% regional travel requirements.
  • Residency or ability to work within the designated Northeast territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new HVAC contractors, dealers, and distributors across the territory.
  • Manage the full partner sales lifecycle, from initial pitch to enrollment and ongoing support.
  • Conduct regular in-person field visits, including ride-alongs with installation crews and sales coaching.
  • Train partner teams on product features, technical install quality, and sales techniques.
  • Analyze partner metrics and develop action plans to meet revenue and installation targets.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and trade gatherings.
  • Provide actionable feedback from the field to internal product and marketing teams.
