Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, territory sales, or business development.
- Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, specifically with ductless heat pump systems and mini-split technology.
- Proven track record of managing and growing accounts while simultaneously driving new business development.
- Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Northeast preferred.
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage a regional pipeline effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders from installers to shop owners.
- Comfortable with 50–75% regional travel requirements.
- Residency or ability to work within the designated Northeast territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new HVAC contractors, dealers, and distributors across the territory.
- Manage the full partner sales lifecycle, from initial pitch to enrollment and ongoing support.
- Conduct regular in-person field visits, including ride-alongs with installation crews and sales coaching.
- Train partner teams on product features, technical install quality, and sales techniques.
- Analyze partner metrics and develop action plans to meet revenue and installation targets.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and trade gatherings.
- Provide actionable feedback from the field to internal product and marketing teams.
