Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership qualities with a record of managing complex sales relationships in a technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
- Ability to resolve problems, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in groups.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Experience in Heavy Industry manufacturing, transportation, renewable energy, oil & gas, aerospace, material handling, or automotive (preferred).
- Experience managing multi-year supply and service contracts (preferred).
- Knowledge of AC and DC industrial controls and cable management solutions (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory engagement, demand generation, sales, and forecasting.
- Engage with end-users, distribution, and external sales representatives to position industrial control and cable management solutions.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training and sales presentations for end-users and distributors.
- Develop new markets through direct sales, distribution, systems integrators, and OEMs.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to implement regional sales strategies.
- Work with the Project Management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research and communicate market intelligence and strategies.
- Maintain account and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
- Attend industry trade shows and business functions.
