Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of industrial sales experience.
- 3+ years of industrial sales management experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 60% for meetings, prospecting, and trade shows.
- Active and valid driver’s license.
- Bearings and power transmission industry experience (preferred).
- Experience working with a CRM (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
- Forecast regional goals, analyze market trends, and implement sales strategies.
- Recommend future product developments based on market gaps and industry trends.
- Manage and foster relationships with independent manufacturer sales representatives.
- Conduct onsite meetings and presentations to upsell products and resolve customer issues.
- Manage regional pricing solutions and recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams on promotional strategies and events.
