Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of industrial sales experience.
  • 3+ years of industrial sales management experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% for meetings, prospecting, and trade shows.
  • Active and valid driver’s license.
  • Bearings and power transmission industry experience (preferred).
  • Experience working with a CRM (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
  • Forecast regional goals, analyze market trends, and implement sales strategies.
  • Recommend future product developments based on market gaps and industry trends.
  • Manage and foster relationships with independent manufacturer sales representatives.
  • Conduct onsite meetings and presentations to upsell products and resolve customer issues.
  • Manage regional pricing solutions and recommend adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams on promotional strategies and events.
