- Manage the full partner sales lifecycle, from initial pitch to enrollment and ongoing support.
- Conduct regular in-person field visits, including ride-alongs with installation crews and sales coaching.
- Train partner teams on product features, technical install quality, and sales techniques.
- Analyze partner metrics and develop action plans to meet revenue and installation targets.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and trade gatherings.
- Provide actionable feedback from the field to internal product and marketing teams.
