Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales growth within a retail account or defined region.
  • Background in field execution, merchandising compliance, and retail operations in structured environments.
  • Proven experience delivering structured trainings and presentations to leadership.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships across multiple levels of retail leadership.
  • Organizational discipline to manage extensive travel, high store volume, and competing priorities.
  • Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems for reporting and decision-making.
  • Strong financial acumen for managing trade and field activation budgets with ROI accountability.
  • Ability to work with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 20+ in-person store visits per week.
  • Up to 60% overnight travel capability.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Residency within assigned region and proximity to a major airport hub.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets through disciplined launch execution and training.
  • Lead rollout and sustained activation of Open Farm across assigned stores to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor store-level sales trends and execution quality to proactively address gaps.
  • Maintain accountability for performance metrics including store coverage, reset compliance, and CRM documentation.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with district and store management teams.
  • Deliver structured training programs including store trainings, district presentations, and lunch-and-learns.
  • Support in-store activations and promotional initiatives through on-site execution.
  • Provide post-visit reporting to National Accounts leadership on competitive activity and growth opportunities.
  • Manage regional trade and travel budgets with accountability for ROI and margins.
