Requirements
- At least 4 years of program and/or project management experience, or equivalent education.
- Experience with Operational Process Improvement.
- Managed Care industry experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of NCQA Accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of HEDIS and CAHPS metrics.
- Familiarity with state regulatory requirements such as DHCS and DMHC.
- Strong project management skills including timeline management and meeting facilitation.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Molina functional areas through program management of policy, workflows, controls, and best practices.
- Act as primary liaison between internal departments to ensure workflows align with NCQA requirements.
- Evaluate and interpret accreditation guidelines and monitor performance metrics like HEDIS and CAHPS.
- Prepare and submit documentation and reports for regulatory compliance and NCQA accreditation.
- Manage program budgets and support project prioritization.
- Create business requirement documents, test plans, and user training materials.
- Coordinate governance meetings and support portfolio management.
