Requirements

  • At least 4 years of program and/or project management experience, or equivalent education.
  • Experience with Operational Process Improvement.
  • Managed Care industry experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of NCQA Accreditation standards.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS and CAHPS metrics.
  • Familiarity with state regulatory requirements such as DHCS and DMHC.
  • Strong project management skills including timeline management and meeting facilitation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support Molina functional areas through program management of policy, workflows, controls, and best practices.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal departments to ensure workflows align with NCQA requirements.
  • Evaluate and interpret accreditation guidelines and monitor performance metrics like HEDIS and CAHPS.
  • Prepare and submit documentation and reports for regulatory compliance and NCQA accreditation.
  • Manage program budgets and support project prioritization.
  • Create business requirement documents, test plans, and user training materials.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and support portfolio management.
