  • Ability to translate business goals, data, and insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with media, analytics, strategy, and operational teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, specifically for executive-level storytelling.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or leading team members.
  • Experience supporting account growth, renewals, or strategic expansion opportunities is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel client engagements, anchoring business goals to integrated media strategies that drive measurable results across brand, demand, and performance objectives.
  • Define channel strategy and investment allocations across full-funnel media, ensuring alignment with client goals, consumer behavior, and category insights.
  • Serve as the senior strategic advisor to client executives, proactively identifying growth opportunities, risks, and future pathways to drive business expansion.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Client Strategy, Media Activation, Analytics, and external partners to deliver unified, insight-led programs.
  • Drive annual planning, quarterly strategy refreshes, and in-market optimization cycles focusing on effectiveness and innovation.
  • Own revenue growth, forecasting, and commercial health of assigned accounts, ensuring renewals and multi-year expansions.
  • Lead strategic storytelling for QBRs and executive-level communications grounded in data and consumer insights.
  • Mentor Client Strategy Leads and Client Managers to develop a high-performing team.
