Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree highly preferred).
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or commercial leadership roles.
- Strong preference for individuals from the healthcare or medical technology industry.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with ability to transform complex datasets into executive-level strategic directives.
- Masterful verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Previous direct sales or commercial enablement experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month for customer engagement, industry events, and headquarters collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own the comprehensive GTM roadmap and strategy aligned with corporate growth and revenue objectives.
- Oversee market analysis to identify macroeconomic trends, competitive threats, and high-value growth opportunities.
- Establish the foundational framework for product positioning and value propositions that differentiate the portfolio.
- Champion organizational alignment by serving as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Synthesize deep insights from direct field engagement, key opinion leaders, and customer advisory boards to influence product roadmaps.
