Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing, with at least 5 in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Proven experience leading a PMM team.
  • Track record marketing AI-powered products.
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools in a daily workflow, such as LLMs and research tools.
  • Sharp messaging instincts with the ability to define positioning platforms.
  • Strong data fluency with experience in analytics tools.
  • Ability to influence product roadmaps and sales teams cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, compelling deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a world-class PMM team.
  • Define where we play and how we win, developing go-to-market strategies that connect to pipeline and revenue.
  • Own narrative, messaging, and positioning, specifically for AI-powered capabilities and agentic workflows.
  • Operate AI-first across research synthesis, competitive analysis, and launch planning.
  • Be the voice of the customer by championing their needs in product roadmaps.
  • Partner deeply with Product to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Create content that converts across the full buyer journey.
  • Equip sales and CX teams with enablement materials to improve win rates and sales velocity.
  • Enable partner ecosystems with training and materials.
