  • Experience in consumer health, pet care, veterinary, or adjacent industries is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of budget management, ROI analysis, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and evolution of a multi-year integrated marketing and brand strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Own affiliate program strategy and expansion, ensuring scalable partner-driven growth.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to shape marketing direction and support organizational priorities.
  • Design and implement cross-channel marketing plans spanning digital, social, advertising, PR, communications, and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insight analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools, messaging, and campaigns that support revenue generation and customer acquisition.
  • Identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities aligned with brand strategy and consumer trends.
  • Manage and optimize multi-year marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI-driven decision-making.
