Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
- At least 1 year of market access specific experience.
- At least 3 years total experience in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
- Daily client-facing experience.
- Experience with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR/LMR) review processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 10-15% depending on client needs.
- Demonstrated leadership and detail-oriented work style.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal.
- Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients.
- Develop client agendas, slide presentations, project briefs, and scopes of work.
- Lead or support calls with clients, LMR, faculty, and content experts.
- Direct support teams on project management, objectives, and deliverables.
- Mentor junior account personnel and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations, and monitor financial status.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts.
- Ensure adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.
