Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
  • At least 1 year of market access specific experience.
  • At least 3 years total experience in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
  • Daily client-facing experience.
  • Experience with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR/LMR) review processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% depending on client needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and detail-oriented work style.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal.
  • Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Develop client agendas, slide presentations, project briefs, and scopes of work.
  • Lead or support calls with clients, LMR, faculty, and content experts.
  • Direct support teams on project management, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior account personnel and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations, and monitor financial status.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.
