Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
- At least 3 years of experience in an account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
- At least 1 year of market access marketing experience.
- Demonstrated daily client-facing experience.
- Experience with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time based on client needs.
- Strong leadership, results-oriented, and detail-oriented skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary lead for clients and maintain ongoing business relationships.
- Manage project lifecycle using approved briefs, proposal templates, and budget tools.
- Develop client agendas, slide presentations, project briefs, and scopes of work.
- Lead calls with clients, faculty, and LMR/content experts.
- Mentor and supervise junior account team personnel including performance management.
- Develop and reconcile proposals and budgets, including monitoring labor hours and direct costs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for organic account growth.
- Ensure quality control of materials and adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.
