Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related subject.
- Minimum 3 years of account experience within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company.
- Demonstrated daily client-facing experience.
- Proven experience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 10-15% as needed by clients.
Responsibilities
- Assume primary lead for clients and maintain existing business opportunities.
- Develop client agendas, slide presentations, project briefs, and scope of work documents.
- Manage project plans, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
- Mentor and supervise junior-level account team personnel including performance reviews.
- Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations while monitoring labor hours and direct costs.
- Identify market opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts.
- Ensure all work adheres to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.
