Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
5+ years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences (pharma, health plan, PBM, or virtual care).
3+ years of experience directly managing and developing marketing talent.
Proven track record in buyer research, messaging, and positioning.
Expertise in GTM planning and product launches.
Demonstrated ability in sales enablement and content marketing.
Experience creating KPIs and measurement plans for marketing execution.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
Expertise managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with cardiometabolic product and commercial leadership on portfolio strategy and GTM planning.
Serve as the voice of the customer for R&D and commercial teams based on data and market intelligence.
Define competitive positioning for the cardiometabolic suite and individual product launches.
Lead end-to-end GTM launches from pre-launch readiness through post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with clinical and thought leadership teams on evidence generation and messaging.
Create high-quality sales enablement assets including presentations, product guides, and web content.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior product marketers.
Establish operating rhythms and best practices for the PMM team to ensure execution quality.
