Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Monetization, Product Strategy, Strategic Corporate Intelligence, or Tech Management Consulting.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
- Track record of building competitive/market intelligence frameworks.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing multi-tiered SaaS packaging and pricing models.
- Deep, hands-on experience running quantitative willingness-to-pay research (e.g., Conjoint Analysis, Van Westendorp).
- Expert-level understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics including LTV, CAC, Net Revenue Retention, and ARPU.
- Experience building standard discounting guardrails and sales enablement tools.
- Experience collaborating with Sales Operations to turn win/loss data into actionable pivots.
Responsibilities
- Monitor global hospitality tech trends, macroeconomic shifts, and buyer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Establish a continuous framework for competitive analysis, covering product launches, financial health, and strategic pivots.
- Partner with Sales Operations to conduct rigorous win/loss research and turn findings into actionable product or pricing adjustments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and leadership on market shifts and competitor movements.
- Own the design, execution, and optimization of pricing models, including packaging and feature tiering.
- Conduct quantitative research, such as Conjoint Analysis and Van Westendorp modeling, to determine willingness-to-pay.
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to establish discounting guardrails and sales enablement tools.
- Synthesize market data into actionable briefings to validate and redirect R&D roadmap investments.
