Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in higher education or ed tech marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven record of developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of higher education, test prep, government, and library institutional landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to guide decisions and optimize ROI.
- Experience in building efficient marketing processes and operations.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills tailored to institutional audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaborative skills for working across departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the HED/TEST PREP/GOV/LIB marketing strategy in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Own planning, execution, and reporting for lead generation and retention marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to inform messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies.
- Direct the creation of integrated content including webinars, articles, and case studies.
- Manage event strategy and execution for trade shows and conferences.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality campaign execution.
