Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Understanding of lead management, campaign operations, data quality, and reporting best practices.
- Experience with Pardot is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to understand business context.
- Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, and modern productivity technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the lead management process including scoring, MQL lifecycle and follow-up SLAs.
- Partner with marketing, sales, sales ops and rev ops to monitor lead quality and optimize conversion.
- Design and maintain audience segmentation frameworks to power campaigns.
- Process event and campaign lists, use AI and enrichment tools to identify ICP contacts, and refine audiences.
- Maintain campaign data integrity, ensuring campaign responses, attribution and lead disposition data is captured.
- Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack including Pardot, Salesforce, website chat, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Leverage AI tools and agents to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
