Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Understanding of lead management, campaign operations, data quality, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with Pardot is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to understand business context.
  • Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, and modern productivity technologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead management process including scoring, MQL lifecycle and follow-up SLAs.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, sales ops and rev ops to monitor lead quality and optimize conversion.
  • Design and maintain audience segmentation frameworks to power campaigns.
  • Process event and campaign lists, use AI and enrichment tools to identify ICP contacts, and refine audiences.
  • Maintain campaign data integrity, ensuring campaign responses, attribution and lead disposition data is captured.
  • Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack including Pardot, Salesforce, website chat, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Leverage AI tools and agents to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
